A lead magnet is a valuable piece of content or unique promotion incentive that studio and gym owners use to attract new potential members in exchange for their contact information. Lead magnets are often nutrition guides, workouts, plans, offers, or promotions that appeal to your ideal future members and draw them into your community.

What do I do with my Branded Lead Magnets?

Once you have chosen the Branded Lead Magnets that are right for your studio it’s time to start promoting. Create Facebook & Instagram ads using your Lead Magnets, post them on social media, put them on your website, and anywhere else you get digital traffic!

Can I customize offer titles?

Yes, offers can be customized to something that fits your business. Here is a link to our customization request.

Is WindForce FIT offered outside of the United States?

At this time WindForce FIT is only offered in the United States, but stay tuned as we plan to expand.

Does WindForce FIT track my appointments?

You bet! Once a lead converts on a promotion or content Lead Magnet their lead record will be created inside of WindForce FIT. You will be able to access their phone number and email. Once you schedule an appointment you will receive a reminder email and be able to track all your appointments for the day.

How am I notified when a new lead comes into WindForce FIT?

You will be notified via email as soon each prospect claims a promotion or unlocks a piece of premium content. It's important that you reach out to them shortly after they do to increase the chances of them booking an appointment.

How are new leads contacted as they come in?

As soon as a lead unlocks a piece of content, they'll be sent an automated branded email from you that includes the link to access the content. As soon as a lead claims a promotion (or offer), they'll be sent an automated branded email from you that includes a link to your website and let's them know you'll be calling them shortly to schedule a time to visit your studio.

Free Trial Questions

Will my credit card be charged during the trial?

Nope! You will only be billed after your 14-day trial (if you choose not to cancel). You will receive the discounted rate of the plan you chose through 2019. Here is the pricing for WindForce FIT.

Can I cancel during my trial?

Absolutely! You can cancel at any time, just log into your account, select “Account Settings” and follow the instructions for deleting your account.

Can I change my plan during the trial?

You bet! You’ll just need to email the team at support@thewindforce.com and we will take care of it for you.

Does my free trial limit my access to features?

Nope! You free trial gives you access to all of the features WindForce FIT has to offer. And, the free trial is applied to any one of our three plans.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

Your credit card will be charged on the 15th day and you will be an official WindForce FIT member.

Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign-up?

Yes! During the sign-up process you will be asked for your credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged until your 14-day free trial is over.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Nope! WindForce FIT will charge you monthly, you can cancel whenever you need to.
